Since 1994, FCLF has invested over $775 million to spark growth and opportunity across the state. Now, we’re looking for a Communications and Marketing Manager who’s ready to help tell that story – and showcase our impact.


What You’ll Do

As our Communications and Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead strategic communication and branding initiatives across all platforms.
  • Develop compelling stories, reports, press releases, and digital content that highlight our impact and promote investor and borrower opportunities.
  • Manage our website and social media channels to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Coordinate events and public appearances that showcase our work and mission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.

This role is perfect for a creative and organized communicator who thrives in a mission-focused environment and wants their work to drive real-world change.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of generalist communications experience.
  • Nonprofit or community development experience preferred.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and website/social media tools.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and project management abilities.
  • A passion for equity, social impact, and community transformation.

Salary range $100,500-$125,500

As a mission-driven organization, FCLF strives to balance competitive compensation with our commitment to impact. Most employee salaries fall between the range minimum and midpoint. Final salary placement will be based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise assessed during the interview process.
