Homes of Davenport improves quality of life in low-income communities by providing affordable homes for ownership in east Polk County. FCLF financing will provide a line of credit for up to 8 homes.
The Southwest Florida Regional Technology Hub in Fort Myers will provide collaborative space for area nonprofits with a focus on community development, with financing provided through FCLF and the NMTC Program.
FreshMinistries will build an urban aquaponics farm that will provide jobs, job training, and bring a new focus on healthy foods to a USDA Food Desert. Financing from Florida Community Loan Fund will be used to build this urban farm as well as renovate a commercial kitchen.
Lotus Village in Miami will provide housing and comprehensive services for homeless women and children. Expansion is made possible through FCLF and the New Markets Tax Credit program.
R.E.A.C.H. acquires and renovates 20-30 foreclosed homes per year with financing from FCLF.
